FOOD STORAGE CONFERENCE AT WSU-MAY 1

Weber State is hosting a Food Storage Conference on Sat., May 1, 8AM-2:30PM at the WSU Student Union Building. Cost is $5. Register by calling 801-399-8207. Experts from USU, BYU, LDS Church Dry-pack will be giving workshops on shelf life, acquiring and managing food storage, containers and oxygen, dry milk, wheat bread, cooking with dry pack, cooking with dry beans, and more.
